Next two beers: A clone of Erdinger Dunkelweiss and a NEIPA. The Erdinger is based on various information found on Erdinger’s website and on various forums. As for the NEIPA, Tiny Rebel provided a description of a suitable process for designing and making theirs. We’ve had to fill in the ingredients gaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
